Genesis Schools Kisota Campus is seeking a qualified School HR & Admin Officer to manage campus human resource and administrative functions and support smooth day-to-day school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campus HR and administrative operations
- Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and attendance management
- Maintain staff records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with school policies and labour laws
- Supervise maintenance manager, transport manager, matron, plumber, electrician, drivers, and support staff
- Coordinate staff welfare and disciplinary matters
- Ensure proper administration of school facilities and services
- Prepare HR and administration reports
- Support implementation of school operational policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy and report writing skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Teaching qualification or Diploma in Education is an added advantage
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
