Position: Registration Clerk

The Mwanza Intervention Trials Unit (MITU) is inviting applications for the position of Registration Clerk to support a clinical trial evaluating a single dose of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine in males. The role involves participant registration, record management, and coordination of participant follow-up activities within a clinical trial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of recruited participants
• Work closely with the clinical team to manage participant flow and follow-up appointments
• Ensure all documents and samples are accurately completed and labelled according to Good Clinical Practice principles
• Support smooth coordination of trial registration activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education
• Certificate in Health, Community Development, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swahili and English
• Experience in record keeping within a clinical trial setting
• Willingness to be based in Mwanza and travel extensively within the region
