Position: Head Treasury
Function: Treasury

Reporting to: Managing Director/CEO

The successful candidate will supervise treasury sales units and ensure profitable operations, business growth, revenue generation, market dominance, and effective management of treasury products and client relationships in line with the bank’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise treasury units including interest rates sales, currencies sales, and fixed income sales
• Ensure treasury units achieve and surpass set targets
• Manage key customer relationships and portfolios
• Follow customer value chains for account conversion opportunities
• Implement business growth strategies
• Ensure cross-selling of bank products and services
• Manage relationships with multinational clients
• Monitor performance targets against budgets
• Manage risk asset creation and portfolio quality
• Lead new treasury product development initiatives
• Liaise with supervisory and regulatory institutions
• Generate mandates and support treasury product sales
• Provide customer-focused financial solutions
• Increase utilization of treasury products
• Collaborate with product development and support teams

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

• Minimum 11 years of banking experience
• Alternatively, 13 years of related non-banking experience
