Job Purpose

• Promote and sell insurance products through bank channels
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
• Understand customer insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned insurance sales targets
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within partner banks, including branch managers and relationship managers
• Prepare quotations for banks and share proforma invoices when required
• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Maintain a client portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Insurance and Risk Management or any business-related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
