The company is currently seeking motivated and hardworking Graduate Trainees – Consumer Sales Drivers to join its team in Dar es Salaam on an internship basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering gas products, supporting sales activities, maintaining company vehicles, and providing excellent customer service while gaining practical experience in consumer sales and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gas products to consumers along designated routes using commercial trucks.
• Promote and sell Taifa Gas products to existing and potential customers during deliveries.
• Operate commercial trucks of 3 tonnes and above in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain vehicles and ensure safe operation during transportation activities.
• Provide excellent customer care and service during deliveries and sales interactions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report vehicle defects and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery and sales records.
• Comply with road safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Professional defensive driving skills.
• Professional driving and mechanics knowledge and skills.
• One to two years of practical experience in driving and mechanics for graduates.
• Ability to properly operate commercial trucks of 3 tonnes and above.
• Sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Practical mechanics skills will be an added advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer care and customer service skills.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and results-oriented.
• High level of integrity, discipline, teamwork, and self-initiative.
• Valid driving licence.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
