Anulife Healthcare Ltd is hiring a Personal Executive Driver to support its Nulife Health Care Centre operations in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services for executives while maintaining high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and vehicle care.

The position combines driving responsibilities with light executive support and logistical coordination. The driver is expected to ensure efficient movement of executives to meetings, appointments, and official engagements while maintaining discretion and operational discipline at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting executives to meetings, appointments, and official events.
• Ensuring the assigned vehicle is always clean, properly serviced, and in excellent working condition.
• Planning and selecting efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctual arrivals.
• Monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting routes when necessary.
• Handling all duties with strict confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Assisting with personal errands and logistical support as required.
• Ensuring compliance with road safety laws and organizational transport policies.
• Reporting vehicle faults promptly and coordinating timely maintenance.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or corporate driving roles.
• Valid Tanzanian driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Dar es Salaam road networks and traffic patterns.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with executives.
• High reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in working hours.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, discipline, and responsibility.
• Courteous, trustworthy, and well-presented personality.
