Full Job Description
We are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager to support project planning and scheduling, monitor costs and productivity, identify project risks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards for projects in Dodoma and other locations within Tanzania and Eastern Africa.

- Flag project risks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered in a related Professional certification
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in transport infrastructure development and structural design
- Proven involvement in at least three (3) marine infrastructure projects of similar nature and complexity, serving as Project Manager or Resident Engineer within the last ten (10) years
- Strong leadership
- Budgeting and cost control expertise
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety protocols
