Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), the largest producer of sugar in Tanzania operating together with Illovo Distillers Tanzania Limited (IDTL), is inviting applications from qualified, hardworking, and committed individuals to fill seasonal mechanical maintenance positions at Kilombero. As a member of the ABF Sugar Division, the company continues to strengthen its industrial operations through recruitment of skilled technical personnel capable of supporting factory maintenance and mechanical operations.

These opportunities are suitable for candidates with automotive mechanical skills, technical experience, and the ability to work effectively in an industrial environment. Successful candidates will support maintenance activities, mechanical repairs, equipment servicing, and operational efficiency within the company’s engineering and maintenance departments.

• Artisan – Mechanical – 08 Posts

Job requirements for the advertised positions are as follows:

• Artisan – Mechanical:

  • Trade Test Level III in Automotive Mechanics from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic
  • Skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and auto mechanics will be an added advantage
