Full Job Description
MSI Tanzania is looking for a qualified professional to support compensation, benefits administration, performance management systems, recruitment processes, and HR data management.
The successful candidate will support performance reviews, monitor compliance and timelines, link performance to rewards, generate HR reports and analytics, manage salary structures and employee benefits, conduct salary surveys, administer medical, pension, and leave benefits, maintain HR records and confidentiality, support recruitment and onboarding processes, conduct due diligence, and manage HR systems including ARUTI.
Key Responsibilities
- Support performance reviews, goal setting, and appraisals
- Monitor compliance, timelines, and HR processes
- Link performance management to reward systems
- Generate HR reports and analytics
- Manage salary structures and employee benefits
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking
- Administer medical, pension, and leave benefits
- Maintain HR records, confidentiality, and compliance
- Support recruitment, interviews, contracts, and onboarding
- Conduct due diligence processes
- Maintain HR systems and update staff records
- Track leave management and staff movements
- Maintain staff files and HR documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Coaching and mentoring skills
