The company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Bureau De Change branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient foreign currency transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving branch profitability, supervising staff, managing operational risks, and supporting business growth in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bureau De Change branch.
- Ensure efficient foreign currency buying and selling activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Drive branch profitability and business performance.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor branch staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulations and internal company policies.
- Manage branch cash flow and foreign currency availability.
- Strengthen and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support business growth initiatives and market expansion activities.
- Monitor branch operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain effective security measures and risk control systems.
- Ensure the branch achieves financial and operational targets in line with company objectives.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in branch operations.
- Experience in a mid-level or senior position within a Bureau De Change environment.
- Strong understanding of branch management and foreign exchange operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent leadership and staff management abilities.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in any region where Kadoo Bureau De Change operates.
