CCBRT is looking for two fresh graduates to join its Call Center Unit under a Work Exposure Placement program in Dar es Salaam. The opportunity is aimed at dynamic and motivated young professionals interested in customer service and call center operations within the healthcare sector.

The selected candidates will support communication between CCBRT and patients, customers, and stakeholders through hotline services. The role involves answering inquiries, handling complaints, providing information, and ensuring customers receive quality support and assistance.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing CCBRT hotline communications
• Answering customer and patient inquiries
• Handling complaints and resolving customer issues
• Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Following up on customer calls when necessary
• Providing accurate information and support services
• Building strong and sustainable customer relationships
• Supporting customer satisfaction through professional communication

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
• Strong verbal communication and phone handling skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Computer literacy
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility and multitasking ability
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to interact with different personality types professionally
