MSI Tanzania is looking for a qualified Center Manager to oversee the operational, clinical, and financial performance of MSI health centers while ensuring quality healthcare service delivery and sustainable business growth.

The successful candidate will lead daily health center operations, manage teams and resources, oversee financial planning and compliance, strengthen customer service, and ensure adherence to clinical quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations to achieve performance targets
• Drive growth and productivity across teams
• Conduct staff coaching, supervision, and performance reviews
• Ensure effective implementation of organizational strategies
• Manage human resources within the center
• Oversee supply chain and stock replenishment systems
• Prepare monthly financial plans aligned with MSI policies
• Ensure efficient utilization of operational resources
• Prepare KPI and financial performance reports
• Maintain accurate staff and client records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with MSI clinical quality requirements
• Maintain high infection prevention standards
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys
• Strengthen customer service delivery

Requirements

• Recognized Medical qualification such as Medical Doctor, Clinical Officer, or Nursing Officer, OR a Business-related degree with experience in health facility management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical work or health sector project management
• At least 2 years of experience managing a health center or dispensary
• Proven experience in meeting clinical quality standards
• Proven experience in building external partnerships
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial and resource management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory requirements
