ABC Emporio Tanzania, a division of ABC Group International, is a reputable company specializing in premium building materials, luxury sanitary ware, tiles, bathroom fittings, and custom interior solutions. The company serves both residential and commercial construction markets by delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

The company is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive (Male) to join its team in Dar es Salaam on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom while providing detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium building materials and sanitary ware products.
  • Prepare and present quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-organized and professionally presented.
  • Support customer service activities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Perform additional sales and showroom-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, as well as POS systems.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
