Hesu Investment Ltd is seeking qualified Welders to join the Construction Department in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out construction and maintenance works while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and timely completion of assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform construction and maintenance works efficiently and according to required standards.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials properly.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
• Support teamwork and operational efficiency within the construction department.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

• Relevant professional certificates in welding or related technical field.
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
• Tanzanian citizen with a valid NIDA number.

Experience

• Relevant work experience in welding or construction-related work.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and company regulations.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.

Additional Requirements

• Age between 21 and 45 years.
• Three letters of recommendation from guarantors.
• Recent passport-size photographs.
