Vigor-Turkys Group of Companies has announced an employment opportunity for the position of HR Learning, Training and Development Officer. The company is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to support employee learning, talent development, leadership growth, and organizational performance improvement across its operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, coordinating learning and development initiatives, supporting succession planning, and improving training systems and employee development processes. The role is suitable for candidates with strong experience in human resource development, training coordination, and organizational development.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or Learning and Development certifications are an added advantage
  • Training in Talent Management, Instructional Design, or Performance Management is preferred

Relevant Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Training, or Organizational Development
  • Experience developing and facilitating both physical and online training programs
  • Experience in onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Experience working with Training Management Systems (TMS), HRIS, or online learning platforms
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
  • Experience coordinating training logistics, vendors, and employee development initiatives

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative learning and development programs
  • Coordinate onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Assess organizational training needs and identify skills and performance gaps
  • Develop and implement training procedures and learning programs aligned with company objectives
  • Facilitate online and physical training sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, committees, and vendor relationships
  • Manage and support the Training Management System (TMS), including reporting and troubleshooting
  • Prepare training reports, dashboards, and employee learning analytics
  • Develop learning resources and support organizational development activities
  • Research modern learning trends and technologies to improve training effectiveness
  • Ensure smooth coordination and accessibility of learning and development programmes
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to employee growth and organizational development
