Responsibilities

Prepare revenue and expenditure reports.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Conduct pre-audits of payment vouchers before processing.

Perform various accounting duties, including:

Preparing payment vouchers.

Receiving and disbursing cash and cheques.

Post financial transactions into ledger accounts.

Prepare various accounting and financial reports.

Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Required

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Accountancy or Finance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Competence in:

Revenue and expenditure reporting.

Bank reconciliation.

Payment voucher pre-auditing.

Ledger posting and financial record management.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
