Sandvik is looking for an experienced Customer Service Center Supervisor to join its team in Mwanza, Tanzania. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused leader who can supervise sales support operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth.
For 2026, Sandvik is seeking a professional with strong leadership, sales support, and customer relationship management experience. The successful candidate will report to the Logistic Manager and play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, and ensuring efficient execution of the Order-to-Cash process.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Sales Support team to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across customer service operations.
- Participate in pricing reviews, budget planning, tender preparation, and sales activities.
- Ensure CSC processes and global company guidelines are consistently followed.
- Manage resource planning and effective workload distribution.
- Promote a strong Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications Required
- Degree or Diploma in a commercial discipline or a related field.
- Leadership training.
- 4–7 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Supervisory role.
- 3.5 years of sales experience, preferably in internal sales.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Planning, organizing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to drive change and foster a high-performance culture.
