Center Administrator (Billing & Inventory)

Africa Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Center Administrator (Billing & Inventory) in Mwanza, Tanzania. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of a dialysis center by handling patient billing, payments, inventory, stock management, and general administrative activities.

This role requires a well-organized individual who can manage financial and administrative records accurately while supporting the operational needs of the dialysis center. Candidates should have relevant work experience, good computer skills, and knowledge of NHIF systems. Willingness to live and work in rural areas of Tanzania is also required.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage patient billing and payment processes at the dialysis center.
• Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
• Support the collection and processing of patient payments.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels to ensure essential supplies are available.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Support stock control activities and identify inventory requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties required for the daily operation of the dialysis center.
• Support smooth coordination of administrative activities within the center.
• Handle relevant records and documentation accurately and confidentially.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• At least one year of experience in a similar administrative, billing, inventory, or healthcare-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of NHIF systems.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail when handling billing, payments, and inventory records.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day responsibilities effectively.
• Willingness to live and work in rural areas of Tanzania.
