Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support the maintenance of the company's general ledger and chart of accounts.

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.

• Track and manage expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions.

• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Identify and report financial variances.

• Analyze current and historical financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent financial reporting skills.

• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, adapt, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.

• Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow.

• Professional certification in Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.

• Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.
