Security Officer at Chem Chem Safari

Chem Chem Safari is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and experienced Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, company property, and the surrounding conservation area. The position requires someone who is alert, professional, trustworthy, and capable of working effectively in a hospitality and conservation setting.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day security operations while remaining prepared to respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Strong observation, communication, confidentiality, and incident-reporting skills are important for maintaining security standards and delivering a safe experience for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the safety and security of guests.

• Protect company property and assets.

  

• Help maintain security within the surrounding conservation area.

• Monitor the assigned environment and identify potential security concerns.

  

• Report security incidents and relevant observations promptly.

• Support appropriate responses during emergency situations.

  

• Work effectively across both day and night shifts.

• Maintain professional conduct while interacting with guests, employees, and other stakeholders.

• Follow established security procedures and organizational requirements.

• Work collaboratively with other members of the security and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role.

• Certificate in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

• Basic First Aid training.

• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.

• Highly alert with strong observation skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong incident-reporting skills.

• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergency situations.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

• Willingness and ability to work day and night shifts.
