Key Responsibilities

• Providing information on Machine Life Operating Cost (MLOC) accuracy

• Assisting with proactive and reactive warranty investigations to improve customer satisfaction

• Performing root cause analysis and second-line troubleshooting on drilling equipment

• Collecting technical feedback and recommending process improvements

• Performing system adjustments on customer equipment

• Developing technical solutions to prevent recurring equipment issues

• Providing application advice to sales teams and reviewing operating cost proposals
