Responsibilities

The Procurement Intern will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Procurement and Logistics departments by verifying product quality, quantities, and related documentation.

• Following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

• Preparing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).

• Supporting the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related procedures.

• Assisting with procurement record keeping and documentation.

• Maintaining accurate procurement records and files.

• Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Management.

• No prior working experience is required.
