The company is currently seeking qualified and customer-oriented Hostesses to join its team in Dar es Salaam on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Guide guests to their designated areas within the premises.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide basic information when required.
• Coordinate customer seating arrangements and reservations where necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of reception and service areas.
• Support the service team in maintaining excellent customer experiences.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
• Form Six Education Certificate.
• Good communication skills in both English and Swahili.
• Smart appearance and professional behavior.
