The university is currently inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates to fill three positions for Assistant Lecturer – Marketing based in Iringa, Tanzania. The Assistant Lecturer – Marketing will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, supporting academic and applied research activities, and participating in consultancy and community outreach programs. The role requires strong academic knowledge in marketing, effective communication skills, and the ability to contribute to institutional academic growth and student development.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching undergraduate students effectively in Marketing and related subjects
  • Assisting in academic and applied research activities
  • Participating in consultancy and professional engagement activities
  • Supporting community outreach and university development initiatives
  • Preparing teaching materials, coursework, and assessments
  • Supporting student mentoring and academic guidance activities
  • Contributing to departmental research and publication activities
