Head of Branches

Kadoo Bureau De Change Limited is a Bank of Tanzania-licensed foreign currency exchange service provider operating under the Foreign Exchange Act of 1992. Established in January 2012, the company has built more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry and has expanded its presence to more than 27 branches across Tanzania.

Headquartered at Mlimani City Mall in Dar es Salaam, Kadoo provides foreign exchange services to individuals and corporate customers through competitive rates, reliable services, innovative systems and convenient branch locations. The Head of Branches will provide strategic leadership across the branch network, ensuring consistent operational performance, regulatory compliance, customer service and achievement of the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across Kadoo’s entire branch network.
• Translate the company’s strategy into consistent and effective branch-level execution.
• Ensure all branches operate in line with Kadoo’s brand, values, policies and strategic objectives.
• Drive branch profitability, operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure agreed financial and operational targets are achieved.
• Strengthen financial controls and risk management practices across the branch network.
• Ensure full compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulations and internal company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Branch Managers and develop a high-performing branch leadership team.
• Act as the key link between Branch Managers and Executive Management.
• Promote consistent customer service standards across all branch locations.
• Protect and strengthen the Kadoo brand through every customer interaction.
• Identify market opportunities that can support business growth and branch expansion.
• Provide Executive Management and the Board with reliable advice on branch performance, market developments and network expansion opportunities.
• Monitor operational challenges across branches and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensure that branch activities remain aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Promote accountability, performance excellence and effective governance throughout the branch network.
• Support continuous improvement of branch operations, systems and customer service.
• Ensure every branch contributes effectively toward the achievement of agreed company targets.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness, operational management capabilities and a clear understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services environment.
