The Zanzibar Collection is seeking an experienced hospitality professional for the position of F&B Manager in Zanzibar. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Food & Beverage team.

• Ensure smooth coordination of Food & Beverage activities across all service areas.

Qualifications Required

• Proven Food & Beverage operations experience in a four- or five-star property.

• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory, and stores management.

• Excellent guest-facing service and hospitality standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Experience working with a mixed and multicultural team.

• Ability to remain calm, organised, and effective under pressure.

• Previous international hospitality experience is essential.

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.

• Fluent and polished English communication skills.
