Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to lodge standards.

• Responding to guest requests and enquiries.

• Changing bed linen and other room supplies.

  

• Replacing toiletries and restocking guest-room supplies.

• Reporting maintenance faults to the supervisor.

• Reporting lost property according to lodge procedures.

• Supporting restaurant and bar services during busy periods.

• Keeping gardens and other guest areas clean and presentable.

• Maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Working with other staff members to support smooth lodge operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
