Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Maintaining financial records and accounting documents.

• Recording revenue and expenditure.

  

• Processing payment documents.

• Maintaining receipts and other accounting records.

  

• Preparing financial information and reports.

• Ensuring accounting records are properly updated and organised.

  

• Assisting with routine accounting activities.

• Performing other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications Required

Applicants should possess one of the following:

• Diploma in Accounting from a recognised institution; or

• ATEC II Certificate issued by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) or an equivalent qualification recognised by NBAA.

General Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be Tanzanian citizens.

• Be between 18 and 45 years of age.

• Meet the specific qualifications required for Accounts Assistant II.

• Provide certified copies of relevant academic and professional certificates.

• Provide a birth certificate.
