Responsibilities

• Drive cost discipline across procurement and payment processes.

• Ensure strong financial controls within the Procure to Pay function.

• Support operational efficiency in Accounts Payable activities.

• Oversee payables while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain governance, accountability, and compliance in procurement operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Support continuous improvement of procurement and accounts payable processes.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least one year of experience in procurement or Procure to Pay functions.

• Knowledge of Coupa and SAP is an added advantage.

• Sound understanding of operations administration processes and their business impact.

• Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and delivery channels.

• Knowledge of service standards.

• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, and reporting requirements.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• High integrity and honesty.

• Ability to communicate factual information clearly and professionally.

• Diplomatic approach when dealing with vendors and stakeholders.

• Strong customer service orientation.
