Responsibilities

Drive cost discipline across procurement and payment processes.

Ensure strong financial controls within the Procure to Pay function.

Support operational efficiency in Accounts Payable activities.

Oversee payables while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Maintain governance, accountability, and compliance in procurement operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Support continuous improvement of procurement and accounts payable processes.
Qualifications Required
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

At least one year of experience in procurement or Procure to Pay functions.

Knowledge of Coupa and SAP is an added advantage.

Sound understanding of operations administration processes and their business impact.

Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and delivery channels.

Knowledge of service standards.

Understanding of risk management, internal controls, and reporting requirements.

Strong verbal communication skills.

High integrity and honesty.

Ability to communicate factual information clearly and professionally.

Diplomatic approach when dealing with vendors and stakeholders.
