Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong backend development skills and knowledge or experience in ERP systems development. Experience with Frappe Framework/ERPNext will be highly advantageous.

Knowledge or experience in mobile application development using Flutter/Dart will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems
• Participate in ERP systems development and customization
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
• Ensure system security, performance, and reliability
• Prepare technical documentation and system reports
• Collaborate with departments to identify and implement system requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Practical experience in software development (1–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
• REST APIs
• SQL Databases (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Git/GitHub Version Control
• Knowledge or experience in:
• ERP Systems Development
• Frappe Framework/ERPNext
• Mobile Application Development
• Flutter & Dart (added advantage)
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be a Tanzanian citizen or legally eligible to work in Tanzania
