Job Description

The F&B Coordinator role within the Food & Beverage department is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of all food and beverage operations across the hotel. The position plays a key role in linking kitchen teams, service staff, and management while supporting banquet planning, service monitoring, and overall guest experience delivery.

Responsibilities
The F&B Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination of food and beverage services across all hotel outlets while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. The role also involves supporting event planning, communication between departments, and monitoring service delivery to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate food and beverage service operations across all hotel outlets

Qualification

  • Relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a reputable hotel, lodge, restaurant, or hospitality establishment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures
  • Fluency in English language communication
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy for applicable hotel systems and coordination tasks
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
