King Casino is seeking experienced, disciplined, and highly observant individuals to join its growing team as Casino Security Officers in Dar es Salaam. The company is looking for professionals who can maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and company property within a fast-paced entertainment setting. This role requires integrity, alertness, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to different security situations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring and authorizing the movement of employees, visitors, and customers entering or leaving the premises to prevent theft and unauthorized access. They will patrol casino facilities regularly to detect suspicious activities, inspect doors, windows, and restricted areas, and ensure that all safety procedures are properly followed. Officers will also maintain order among guests and employees while protecting company property at all times.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Monitoring access points and controlling entry and exit of visitors and staff
• Patrolling casino premises to identify and prevent security threats
• Writing daily reports on incidents, damages, theft, and unusual occurrences
• Operating security screening and detection equipment
• Responding to emergencies including medical incidents, fire outbreaks, and security threats
• Assisting customers, visitors, and employees in a professional manner
• Enforcing company security policies and procedures
• Conducting routine inspections and scheduled security checks
• Supporting crowd control during events and managing restricted areas

Candidates applying for this position should possess a high school education or equivalent qualification together with proven experience in security services or related work.
