Hesu Investment Ltd is seeking reliable and disciplined Security Guards to provide security services at various company premises. The ideal candidates should possess military or paramilitary training and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety and security.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and security.
• Control access to facilities by verifying identification and authorization.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches to management.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and security events.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Ensure company property, assets, and personnel are protected at all times.

Job Requirements

Education

• Minimum Form Four (O-Level) education.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have completed Mgambo or JKT training.
• No criminal record.
• Physically fit and in good health.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong sense of discipline and responsibility.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Additional Requirements

• Age between 23 and 40 years.
