Cash Academy Program Coordinator

World Vision is seeking a highly organized and innovative Cash Academy Program Coordinator to support the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of the DMT Cash Academy. The position plays a key role in strengthening organizational capacity in Cash and Voucher Programming (CVP) through the coordination of training programs, digital learning initiatives, learner support systems, faculty engagement, and knowledge management activities.

The successful candidate will oversee training administration, digital learning development, participant enrollment, progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role contributes to the development of high-quality, scalable, and learner-centered capacity-building solutions that support humanitarian and development programming across World Vision's global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training calendars and schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute training application packages.
  • Coordinate training logistics and course delivery activities.
  • Monitor course completion rates and learner participation.
  • Support continuous improvement of training programs and learning experiences.
  • Design and develop digital learning modules and training materials.
  • Utilize e-learning technologies and learning management systems effectively.
  • Review and test digital learning content to ensure quality and engagement.
  • Apply innovative instructional design approaches to learning solutions.
  • Update training materials based on learner feedback and organizational priorities.
  • Identify and implement suitable online facilitation tools.
  • Develop facilitator guides, manuals, and training toolkits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to trainers and facilitators.
  • Support online and blended learning delivery models.
  • Track assignments, learning journals, assessments, and participation levels.
  • Respond promptly to learner inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide ongoing student support throughout training programs.
  • Maintain student records, dashboards, and progress-tracking systems.
  • Advertise and disseminate calls for program applications.
  • Manage online application and enrollment processes.
  • Review, compile, and maintain application records.
  • Coordinate participant onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Enroll students into the World Vision eCampus platform.
  • Manage enrollment into Microsoft Teams learning channels.
  • Coordinate student administration processes with Humber College.
  • Resolve eCampus-related technical and administrative issues.
  • Generate participation, enrollment, and learning progress reports.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams workspaces and shared document repositories.
  • Collect participant, facilitator, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop recommendations for program and curriculum improvement.
  • Document success stories, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Support organizational learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Organize graduation ceremonies and related logistical arrangements.
  • Coordinate certificate preparation and issuance with Humber College.
  • Compile and submit final program reports.
  • Support program closure, archiving, and documentation activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Education, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in humanitarian or development programming.
  • At least two years of experience in Cash and Voucher Programming (CVP).
  • At least two years of experience in Food Assistance Programs.
  • Professional certification in Cash and Voucher Assistance (CaLP Certification is desirable).
  • Strong understanding of humanitarian programming principles and standards.
  • Knowledge of Cash and Voucher Programming and Market-Based Programming approaches.
  • Understanding of food assistance interventions and humanitarian response mechanisms.
  • Experience designing and delivering digital learning content.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and online training technologies.
  • Experience in training coordination and learner support.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an added advantage.
