The Finance Data Clerk will support the finance team by ensuring proper organization, transfer, and management of financial documents and records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Sorting and arranging files from the oldest to the newest
- Arranging and transferring files from the current office building to the new office building/TEC
- Identifying and communicating documents older than 2010 for disposal after approval
- Collecting and filing documents that have not yet been properly archived
- Filing and labeling documents systematically while maintaining copies of transaction references
- Handling sensitive financial information confidentially
