Customer Relationship Management
- Interact directly with customers and sales teams
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts

- Collect and manage customer master data required for order processing

Order Management and Issue Resolution
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Manage order entry, order status tracking, and fulfillment scheduling
- Resolve delivery complaints, product returns, and operational issues
- Document and communicate resolutions effectively
- Coordinate with Customer Operations for complex cases
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and distribution teams
- Monitor delivery forecasts and customer prioritization
- Support product allocation management
- Train customers on new tools, processes, and systems
Data and Reporting
- Manage Customer Master Data creation and updates
- Provide business updates on delivery forecasts and product availability
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SSA on P4S and P08 business systems
- Participate in projects aimed at improving order entry optimization and customer experience
Team Support and Knowledge Sharing
- Assist in onboarding new colleagues
- Provide peer-to-peer training on operational processes and systems
- Support cross-division projects across Africa
