The institution is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Math's and Science Teacher to join its academic team in Kilimanjaro on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching diploma-level students in Mathematics and Science subjects, supporting academic development, and ensuring effective delivery of learning programs within the institution.

Responsibilities

• Teach diploma-level students in Mathematics and Science subjects.
• Support students’ academic development and overall performance.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools for Mathematics and Science subjects.
• Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and continuous assessments.
• Maintain accurate academic records and prepare student progress reports.
• Utilize science laboratories for practical demonstrations and experiments.
• Provide academic counseling and support to students.
• Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline.
• Participate in academic meetings and institutional educational activities as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science subjects at diploma level.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans and assessment materials.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to support and guide students academically.
• Commitment to professionalism and quality education delivery.
