Hesu Investment Ltd is seeking experienced and disciplined Truck Drivers to join its transport operations team based at Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium in Dar es Salaam. The role involves transporting cargo safely within Dar es Salaam and on international transit routes while ensuring compliance with road safety standards and company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks safely and according to assigned travel schedules.
• Ensure the safety and security of cargo and vehicles during transportation.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, delays, or other trip-related challenges promptly.
• Comply with road safety laws, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while on duty.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

• Valid Class E Driving License.
• Verified VETA Certificate.
• Ability to read and write.
• Tanzanian citizenship.

Experience

• Minimum of three years’ experience driving cargo trucks.

Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of road safety laws and transport procedures.
• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good reporting and vehicle inspection skills.

Additional Requirements

• No criminal record.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• No tattoos.
• Age between 26 and 50 years.
