About the Role

Direct Field Sales Officers will promote and sell Yuaja's range of bee products, including honey, beeswax, bee pollen, and beekeeping equipment. The role involves working directly in the field, developing customer relationships, identifying potential buyers, and reporting sales activities and market information to the sales supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct field sales of Yuaja bee products, including honey, beeswax, bee pollen, and beekeeping equipment.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned areas of Dar es Salaam.
• Develop and follow up on potential customer leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn commissions, incentives, and performance bonuses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Promote company products and services to individuals, institutions, and retail outlets.
• Gather customer feedback and relevant market information.
• Record and report sales activities to the sales supervisor.
• Support the company's sales growth and business development efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE/Form IV) or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
