Responsibilities

Organize workshops and community development activities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field.

Fluency in both Kiswahili and English.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Must reside in Mtwara and be available for field assignments.
