Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Tanzanian citizen

Not more than 45 years of age

Completed Form Four or higher
-
NTA Level 4, 5, or 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies recognized by NACTE

Minimum of two years of relevant work experience

Computer and internet proficiency

Fluency in both Kiswahili and English
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Typing various Union documents
-
Maintaining office records as directed by the supervisor
-
Receiving visitors and directing them appropriately
-
Receiving and forwarding office correspondence
-
Keeping Union offices clean and organized
-
Maintaining confidentiality of office information
-
Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor
