Motor Vehicle Mechanic

Bonite Bottlers Ltd is seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanic to join its team in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining light vehicles, diagnosing mechanical faults, and carrying out troubleshooting activities to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and operational.

This full-time, in-office opportunity is suitable for candidates with a Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics from VETA or a recognized college. Applicants should have practical knowledge of light vehicle maintenance and fault diagnosis, as well as the discipline, honesty, and responsibility required to work effectively in a professional workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on light vehicles.

• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical problems.

  

• Diagnose vehicle faults accurately.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and other vehicle-related faults.

• Identify the likely causes of vehicle problems.

• Carry out appropriate maintenance and corrective work.

• Conduct basic vehicle checks as required.

• Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition.

• Follow technical work instructions carefully.

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks according to instructions.

• Report identified vehicle problems to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements
