Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Preparing laboratory samples for analysis.

  • Analyzing inter-laboratory ring test samples.

  • Ensuring timely closure of laboratory non-conformances.

  • Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the production process.

Qualifications Required

Applicants should possess:

  • Minimum Diploma in Laboratory Science, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Between 6 and 12 months of on-the-job training.

  • One to two years of experience in laboratory, brewing, packaging, or related manufacturing operations.

  • Experience working in a food industry or laboratory environment.

  • Understanding of process control within brewing or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.

  • Leadership potential and the ability to work independently.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
