University of Dar es Salaam wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews conducted from 2 May to 4 May 2026 that the names of successful candidates have been listed in the official announcement.

Successful applicants are required to complete employment procedures by reporting to the University of Dar es Salaam Administration Building, Registry Office, Room No. 315 on Monday, 25 May 2026 starting at 9:00 AM. Applicants must bring all required documents for verification before being issued with employment letters.

Applicants whose names do not appear in the announcement should understand that they were not selected or did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.

Required Documents

• Original certificates and transcripts from Form Four level and above
• Two certified copies of all academic certificates and transcripts certified by an Advocate or Magistrate
• Birth certificate
• Copy of National Identification Card (NIDA)
• Four colored passport-size photographs
