Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.   • Welcome and check in/check out guests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times
  • Process payments and maintain proper billing procedures where applicable
  • Support smooth communication between guests and hotel departments

Qualification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English language communication
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
