Job Description
Vodacom Tanzania Plc is seeking a Manager: Large Enterprise to lead enterprise sales activities in Mwanza. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling advanced connectivity, voice, data, and ICT solutions to large corporate clients. The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, lead a high-performing sales team, and develop strategies that expand the company’s presence in the enterprise market.
This position is ideal for an experienced sales leader with strong commercial acumen, strategic planning skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The role requires close collaboration with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored business solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory growth plans to expand the enterprise customer base.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategies to increase market share.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and responding to RFPs through negotiation and contract closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Position Vodacom as a strategic technology partner for enterprise customers.
- Design and present tailored connectivity, voice, data, and ICT solutions based on customer needs.
