Job Description

The Lead Generator role at Absa Bank Tanzania is a frontline sales support position focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential banking customers for the bank’s products and services. In practice, the job is about customer acquisition at branch and field level. You introduce banking products to prospective clients, guide them on required documentation, and ensure their applications are correctly completed and submitted for processing. You also act as the first point of structured interaction between the bank and potential customers, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a smooth transition into the bank’s sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • FETC (Further Education and Training Certificate) in Business, Commerce, or related field.
