The Bar Supervisor role within the Food & Beverage department is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring high-quality beverage service. Responsibilities

  • Supervise bar staff and oversee daily bar operations
  • Ensure quality and consistency in drink preparation and beverage service

Qualification

  • Relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a reputable hotel, lodge, restaurant, or bar environment
  • Previous supervisory experience in bar or beverage service will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and beverage service procedures
  • Fluency in English language communication
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with bar or POS systems will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
