Responsibilities include:

• Assist and supervise the loading of the delivery vehicle.
• Verify that all goods loaded match the delivery notes before departure.
• Deliver goods to customers and obtain signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Ensure delivered products are clean, properly packaged, and in saleable condition.
• Collect returned goods using Goods Return Vouchers (GRVs) when required.
• Submit all returned goods and documentation to the warehouse supervisor.
• Complete daily and weekly vehicle inspection checklists before leaving the warehouse.
• Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and report any defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules, including customer arrival and departure times.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during all deliveries.

Qualifications Required:

• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
• Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a delivery driver.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate delivery records and vehicle inspections.
