B2B Account Manager at Bolt
Bolt is looking for a B2B Account Manager to join the Bolt for Business team in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on managing company clients, increasing business growth, improving customer relationships, and helping clients use more Bolt services effectively. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing business customer accounts
- Increasing revenue, GMV, and customer orders
- Conducting meetings and quarterly business reviews with clients
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Onboarding new strategic clients
- Monitoring account performance and reducing client retention risks
- Updating CRM and Salesforce records accurately
- Working closely with Customer Support and regional teams
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Customer Success, or related commercial roles
- Experience in growing and maintaining existing client accounts
- Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Fluency in both Swahili and English
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
